We are looking for a motivated, disciplined and positive individual with good communication skills, willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team to join us as:

Sales Assistant – Telemarketing / Customer Service

This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in learning and growing in the field of sales and customer service. Prior experience is not required, as training, communication scripts and work guidance will be provided by the company.

The selected candidate will assist in making phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with prospects, following up with customers, introducing the company’s packaging products, updating customer data and supporting the sales team in daily sales activities.

We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, has a positive working attitude, is punctual and is confident speaking with customers through phone calls or WhatsApp.

Job Details

Position: Sales Assistant – Telemarketing / Customer Service
Location: Kulim, Kedah
Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 7.30 PM
Rest Day: Friday
Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000
Employment Type: Full-Time
